SO WHO AND WHAT IS SUPERTOGRAPHY?
Supertography is a photography business, specialising in Weddings and Portraiture. Run from it's London studio by award winning and accredited photographer Tom Barnes (Society of Wedding and Portrait Photography). Tom is an experienced photographer of many years standing in the photography business. A wealth of experience has been gained from over 12 years of photography across many genres, though portraiture and fashion style photography has been the main stay. Supertography now brings these skills under a household name, and is supported by other industry leading photographers as the various commissions require.

Commissions are taken internationally, but most work is within UK and Europe.
HOW DO YOU DEFINE YOUR STYLE?
The ethos of Supertography is to create unique and contemporary photographs that you can treasure forever. This is achieved by looking at any scene from many perspectives and showing the observer something different from the perceived 'norm'. Technically use of studio or field light sources are used or equally disposed of depending on the style of the shoot and the surroundings. Much of the 'feel' and context of Supertography's design is taken from the fashion industry, using high-key, low-key and high contrast and impact shots.
WHAT IS YOUR CLIENT APPROACH?
Weddings
Weddings are and always will be individual and highly unique in each case, so there is no boiler-plate and nor should there be. Supertography can take beautiful wedding photographs of your day in a number of different styles according to your tastes - the main styles used are contemporary, fashion and reportage. In reality, most clients prefer a combination of these photographic genres, in both black and white and colour.

Portraits
There are so many reasons that portraits might be taken - from newborns, to family portraits, to commercial photographs for magazines or company literature. Locations vary hugely too - from studio to location shots at your home, work or favorite location. The sky really is the limit.
Supertography uses a London based studio near Richmond-Upon-Thames to undertake studio based work, but has arrangements throughout the UK to enable studio based photography pretty much wherever you are.
Styles again vary depending upon the client needs and whether it is location or studio based photography. These styles range from high-key fashion photo shoots to warm and timeless contemporary styles that will grace any wall or family album.
Lifestyle photo shoots are very much in demand, though some are unsure of the idea or what it contains. Supertography takes the anxiety out of the situation and let's you get used to a camera in a friendly environment with relaxed and conversational staff. Not everyone is immediately comfortable straight away in front of a lens, but this is always overcome with the experience and guidance of the knowledgable Supertography staff.
